How Does Magic Work? Most People think of magic as a way of accomplishing your goals through "Supernatural" means, a way that defies the laws of science. Actually, working magicians know that magic is quite natural and that the wAvalon is onders it works only defy our present understanding of the laws of science. As our understanding increases, these laws will include magical phenomena.

In this workshop celebrated author & lecturer Isaac Bonewits, author of the classic textbook Real Magic, explains the relationship between science and magic, and how magic works. A complete catalog for manipiulating energy fields to produce various para-psychological phenomena is discussed, with emphasis on the nature and laws of magic, the use of altered states of consciousness, and the difference between ones target and ones goals in working magic.

Isaac Bonewits- with a B.A. in Magic and Thaumaturgy and M.A in religious studies was a founder of ArnDrai'ocht Fe'in (ADF), and author of the classic textbook Real Magic. He has several recordings on Magic available from A.C.E. LLC and performs original music on his albums Be Pagan Once Again and Avalon is Rising.

Programing Magical Ritual

Isaac Bonewits (October 1, 1949 – August 12, 2010[1]) was an influential American Druid who published a number of books on the subject of Neopaganism and magic. He was also a public speaker, liturgist, singer and songwriter, and founded the Druidic organization Ár nDraíocht Féin, as well as the Neopagan civil rights group, the Aquarian Anti-Defamation League. Born in Royal Oak, Michigan, Bonewits had been heavily involved in occultism since the 1960s. He died in 2010.
