Pilates for Pagans!

Who says that fitness and festival are mutually exclusive? Wondering what
this thing called Pilates is all about? Jennifer will lead a series of Pilates
exercises, a group of gentle, non-impact movments that focuses on
strengthening and lengthening muscles. This workshop will teach you the basics and provide you with a workout that will make you feel strong and powerful! It is appropriate for all fitness levels and age groups. Bring a mat or towel and wear loose comfortable clothing or nothing at all. Challenge and nurture your body during the day in preparation for your nightly revels!
