Kenny Klein

Kenny Klein is a Folk and Country musician, a published author, and an elder and a High Priest in the Blue Star tradition of Wicca. He studied music with fiddle great Matt Glaser, learned Country and Appalachian music on the streets of Greenwich Village, and spent time in Europe studying Gypsy violin. He and his past wife Tzipora played music throughout the U.S., established Blue Star groups across the continent, and recorded several albums on Kicking Mule Records and other independent labels. As a soloist (since his 1992 divorce) he released several tapes on Blackthorn Records, and found a home on the renaissance festival circuit. In 1998 he released a CD of all original music, Muses, produced by Brewers' Witch Productions. Kenny currently lives in Los Angeles, California, and plays as a solo musician, and with the bands The Long Goners and Junia May and the Hymns.
