Partnered Stretching
Every muscle spends its entire life contracting and releasing, that's all.
After years of contracting with every movement you make the muscles start to
stay a bit contracted. After more years we may feel tight, restricted or
bound. These restrictions then change how we move and thereby throw the
whole delicate system off balance.
With Partnered Stretching one can let go completely of tension while their
partner gently guides the muscles into a deep and lasting release which
means better posture, easier movement, less pain..... Learn advanced stretch
techniques used by sports teams and clinics. Increase range of motion, in
most cases, by inches in mere seconds. Wear appropriate non-restrictive
clothing or none at all.
