Introduction to Graeco-Egyptian Magick
Presented by Tony Mierzwicki.
(Co-presented with Jo-Ann Byers-Mierzwicki)
Egypt during the Graeco-Roman period was a melting pot of numerous spiritual and philosophical movements drawn from the length and breadth of the Hellenic Empire. Graeco-Egyptian Magick was the last flowering of pagan magick in Egypt and consisted of a blending of a number of ancient magickal streams. This lecture will provide a brief overview of this system of magick.
If time and circumstances permit, a short angelic invocation will be included, so as to provide a practical illustration of the basic principles of this system of magick.
