Chakra Cleansing

The chakra are the energy vortex that we have in our bodies that bring in the universal energies we need to remain living. Chakras can be damaged or blocked through an emotional upset such as conflict, loss or accident. Fear, anxiety and stress are common causes of chakra malfunction; it is the disruption of the chakra and aura that create disease and disturb the energy balance of the chakras. We will discuss and explore our chakras and then do a Chakra Cleansing meditation will take us through each of our body’s Chakras, cleansing and renewing the energies within our bodies. This is a meditation that you can also do at home, when you are feeling stressed, or have minor physical ailments.

Coloring Empowerment

We use various colors and symbols throughout our lives, in magic, in decorating, in clothes, in personal ideas. We can also use these colors for empowerment and to delve into what colors and symbols mean to us personally. So get comfortable, and gather your crayons. This workshop uses a guided “drawing” meditation to discover our intuitive connection to colors and symbols. We will use colors and personal symbolisms to tap into our own personal life-force and project it into a personal statement of self confidence and strength. And afterwards a discussion on how colors and symbolism can be used in our magical and mundane lives.

Exploring the Elements

We use the four elements in most of our magic work, we call them in ritual, we take them for granted in our day to day life. How often do we stop to take the time to feel and experience each of them? This workshop will start with a discussion of the elements and how we interact with and experience them in our lives. Then we will go on a guided journey that will allow us to experience each of the four elements in turn.
