Hooping Bliss for Beginners

This three-day workshop will teach participants how to construct their own hoop and techniques to use it in performance. Om Lissa is part of the Cleveland Flow Collective in Cleveland. We are a group of fire artists. I perform my hooping art at various venues. I am an excellent hooper who stays in touch with the "flow" of the hooping process. On day 1-2 she will guide the group through making there own hoop. On the 2-3 day she will teach the basic to intermediate hooping technique. She will provide all materials for the hoop making class, and charge a fee of $15 dollars for each completed hoop from participants to cover the cost of the materials.
