Energy Exploration II: We are One

Energy Exploration is an open workshop where we will delve into the practical aspects of energy work at a personal level. The "We are One" workshop consists of a number of exercises leveraging the principle that energy conveys information. Through these exercises, one obtains personal experience that one can send and receive information to another person. This practice; sometimes thought of as mind-reading; gives the explorer new insight into the nature of spirituality, which many people have interpreted as a universal bond with all living things.
