Starwood XXXII Registration

Mail-in pre-registration, postmarked on or before May 1, 2012, is $165.00, and includes all workshops, concerts, rituals, and activities (except where an additional workshop materials fee is indicated).

If you missed the pre-registration dates, later registration between May 2, 2012 and June 15, 2012, is $190.00, and includes all workshops, concerts, rituals, and activities (except where an additional workshop materials fee is indicated).

On-line registration through Paypal will be accepted up through June 15th at the above rates.

On-site registration cost is $225.00, cash only. (Unfortunately we have no reliable way to process credit cards at the gate, and can not guarantee the availability of that service. We can direct you to nearby ATM machines for your convenience.)

Minors aged 6 - 17 are $50.00. Children aged 5 and under are free of charge.

There is a $20 fee for parking your vehicle in a camping area. This fee goes to Wistera and should be paid onsite upon arrival. Persons with a state issued handicap parking tag will be allowed onsite parking free of charge.

There is a $35 fee for vending at Starwood. Vendors must be registered attendees of the event.

There are no individual workshop, weekend, or one day rates at this time.

Refunds will be granted at our discretion, $50 of the registration fee is non-refundable.
