An Audience with the Lord of Wisdom

A fully-developed rite of vision and blessing, focused on the Irish god Dagda Mor, the Ruad Rofessa, the Lord of Wisdom. Combining trance, poetry, visual beauty and sacrifice, we will bring the spirit of the god to our Grove, open our Inner Eye to his presence, and receive a blessing tailored to our personal needs. Bring a seat for comfortable trance if you like. Personal offerings are welcome, with review with Ian.

Pagan Theurgy and an Audience With the Gods

Ian discusses the principles behind the sacred rituals of the ancient world - enchantment, activated images, sacrifice and blessing - and explains a modern format for traditional ritual that takes its source from ancient ways, rather than modern post-Wiccan ritual forms. The discussion is also a set-up for the later ritual, and will include the lore and tales of Dagda Mor, the Ruad Rofessa - the Celtic Lord of Wisdom, the Druid God of the ancient Irish.
