Rebecca Hubbard

Rebecca Hubbard is the owner of Tuatha Dea Drum Nation. She and her company have been approved by school boards to conduct rhythm based events and workshops relevant to the development of self-esteem, self expression, cooperation and communication and team building skills for grades K-12 and has been conducting interactive rhythm events for skill development for 4 years for organizations such as The Girl Scouts, Boys and Girls Clubs, medical facilities and social events. She has used the drum as a catalyst to redevelop social skills for victims in women's shelters and has established the Women for Women's Drum Circle workshops geared toward facilitating women's empowerment and self expression. Rebecca has also worked with leading national drum facilitators to include Arthur Hull, Dave Holland, Greg Whitt and Robin Leftwich. Rebecca has received training through Djembe Drums and Skins in the care and maintenance of African drums. She is the lead female vocalist with Tuatha Dea, and plays a variety of hand drums and percussion.
