Merchants are very welcome, however we will be charging a merchant's fee of forty-five dollars. Organizations that have informational booths (i.e. not selling anything) are not subject to Merchants Fees. Note: our program book could include your coupon or ad. An easy way to let attendees know you're there - plus extended reach after they leave! See the below for rates, and send in camera/web ready copy or art for the Tour Guide byJuly 3, 1998. Web ads may be placed at any time. Call or e-mail JR (jr@apk.net) for prices on custom designed ads. All Starwood merchants will have a listing in our program book for no additional charge. No food merchants except those already arranged by and with Brushwood.

Ad payments should be made out to A.C.E. and sent to A.C.E., 1643 Lee Rd., #9, Cleveland Hts., OH 44118. Note Ad Type, Business Name, and Phone# on check or money order. Sorry, no credit cards.



Set-Up
The Main Field of Starwood is boundaried by trees and forest. Merchants are welcome to camp at their shop or have their shop by their camp. The Merchant's Row area has three roads (running approx. north-south) starting from the Food Court to the Bonfire Area, along which you may set-up your stand/camp. Merchants camping with their shop on Merchant's Row should be considerate of space and boundaries.


Tour Guide Display Rates
Ads for the Starwood Tour Guide must be received by July 1, 1998. Ads may be sent to us in the following formats:

Camera Ready
Mail artwork to A.C.E. c/o Graphics God. Artwork must have solid blacks and type no smaller than 6pt. in order to assure accurate reproduction. We can also accept Mac or PC formatted floppies(3.5) and zip disks, as well as CDs, from the following file formats ONLY: Adobe PageMaker (.pm), Quark Xpress (.xp), Macromedia FreeHand (.fh), Adobe Illustrator (.art), Adobe PhotoShop (.psd, .tif, .jpg, .gif), and Adobe PDF (.pdf). If sending your ad on disk, please include a hardcopy print of the ad.

Electronic Transmission
E-mail artwork to webchameleon1@rosencomet.com. Ads should attempt to be sent for Macintosh receipt; BinHex encoding; and compressed with any of the following formats: .zip, .sit, .sea, .hqx. Better yet, you may send text and list URLs for high resolution jpegs. A note about electronic pick-up. JPEG art should be at least set on Medium (5) and 200ppi.

Rosencomet.com Website Display Ads

All merchants pre-registering for Starwood will have their name and service listed on the website, as in the Tour Guide. There are several options for advertising your business or service further on our website including Ad Banners (gifs or jpgs), Ad Pages (individual web page), and Printable Flyers or Ads (PDF).

Your resident Chameleon designer is JR Prospal, who by day, is a recruitment advertising designer (display ads for newspapers, and brochures, direct mailings, etc.) and has worked in the graphic art fields as a typesetter, production artist, photographer, print & web designer, and Art Director for 11 years. By evening, he has designed several of the Starwood & WinterStar mailers, books & ads, ACE's collection of tapes and tape catalog, and the ACE Consciousness Explorer website for 7 years. As we begin to develop Changeling Design, we hope accommodate your graphics needs, whatever they may be...magazine ads, newsletter design, website design (and hosting!), logo and identity design, or your product catalogs, single color to full color.
