ACE presents
Winterstar 2003 - A Feast for the Senses
  Overview | Speakers | Lodging | Register | Directions

Much of WinterStars charm is due to the luxurious facilities of Atwood Resort.

First, the newly renovated Lodge, where we’ve reserved the entire lower floor, featuring a beautiful ballroom with a large fireplace, a glass wall overlooking the
Winter serenity of Atwood Lake, diverse lighting options and retractable screens, and movable walls allowing us to partition it into up to three sections. Across the hall are restrooms, phones, and two rooms devoted entirely to merchanting.

If you’ve never relaxed in a bubbling hot jacuzzi and gazed out a soaring glass window at the snow drifting down, come to WinterStar 2002. A sauna, heated pool, game and exercise rooms, and cozy lounge with fireplace make this a favorite spot for our event. The friendly staff, the bar and restaurant (great buffets) and comfortable private rooms (available through Atwood:
1-800-362-6406) complete the scene. Please mention that you are attending WinterStar for your special Symposium discount on lodge rooms!

Even nicer is the small village of 17 heated Cottages, all reserved for our community. No need to rough it here! Each cabin has 4 bedrooms with double beds, 2 “Daybeds” (not fold-out couches) in the living/dining room area, a large dining room table, one and a half baths, a kitchen complete with cooking utensils, dishes and silverware, complete linens for beds and baths and more!
Parents with accompanying minors cannot reserve cabin space.

You can live in luxury at the Lodge or in community in a Cottage room and cook your own meals, or economize with a daybed for “crash space”. Atwood’s facilities are open to all WinterStar.
