Many options exist for Winterstar Registration. Below is our pricing/fee structure. Registering for Winterstar consists of:

  • Paying for the event fee, this entitles you to all classes, parties, activities, etc.
  • In addition, you'll need to make arrangements for accommodations. You may either
    • stay in a cabin room (first come first served, reserve through us);
    • stay in the lodge (arrange through Atwood Lake Resort);
    • use other local lodging;
    • No camping permitted.
  • pay for any other items you desire, like the banquet, ACE membership, etc.

Registration is available by

Accomodations and merchants fees must be pre-paid. Seminar fee includes all activities, workshops and presentations Thursday through Sunday. No individual workshop or one day rates available.

No mail in registrations are allowed after March 06, 2003. Registration is available at the door, but cabin space may be unavailable at that time.

On-line registration is through Pay-Pal, an easy to use online payment service. If you do not already have a pay-pal account, it may be worth taking a few minutes and setting one up.

Consider the Winterstar Event Fees and the Accomodations to be two seperate things. Those close enough to commute are free to pay only the seminar fee and still enjoy all the benefits of Wintersar.
