We're Closed!

The pre-registration deadline has come and gone! We'll leave our forms up for reference, but pleeeease don't try to "squeeze" them in. We're all squoze out. Anything received with a postmark later than July 2nd will be placed in a box, and maybe we'll even bring it with us to Starwood. Or we could leave it sitting on the kitchen counter. Don't take that chance!

All "at the door" registrations are Cash Only (which includes Money Orders & Cashiers/Bank Checks)

Sorry, no internet registration is available this year...

FAQ's...

Please read before hitting that send button...

ACE has never pro-rated Starwood fees or sold day passes. We heartily encourage everyone to come for as long as they are able. We feel that the event is best served by having attendees be there for the whole time and we absolutely do not allow day-trippers! Unless they're paying the full admission. We cannot keep track of peoples comings and goings and we do not want folks showing up for just the weekend. We understand that not everyone can make it for the entire 6 days. To those folks who would otherwise attend for the full time but can't because of work commitments or other unavoidable obligations, we extend our sincere apologies. Experience has dictated that for us, and our festival, this is the most prudent course of action.

Prices? Right on the registration form (see the links above?).

Merchanting Questions? See below...

Attn: Merchants

All merchants must be paid Starwood attendees. Include $55 vending fee, Merchanting name, & short description of wares/services with registration for inclusion in Program booklet. Placement is 1st come/1st served. Most vendors set up along main field center roads; this is not required. Please take only the space you need; if this will exceed 20' X 20', please contact us beforehand. Parking in lot is free; on site vehicles are permitted ONLY if you camp in or MUST store merchandise inside. In such case, obtain on site parking pass at gate, and vehicle may not be moved until the event ends. Your vendor's ID (obtain at gate) MUST be displayed at your booth. Indoor space is not available. No additional food vendors are being accepted. Limited electricity is available from Brushwood for a per day fee; contact them directly.

Offering services or products for fees defines a Merchant, not where you camp. Merchants not residing or vending in Merchants Row (the "main mall" of merchant booths in "downtown" Starwood), must still pay the Merchant Fee. These rules governing who are merchants and what we expect are non-negotiable, please do not shorten your stay by arguing about it!

Paid Workshops

Sometimes, to make large ticket performers and speakers more accessible, we offer more detailed workshops at a fee. This year we are pleased to offer African Drumming & Dancing with Amanpondo.

Somewhat of an experiment, we're also offering Live Action Role Playing. Sort of like Dungeons & Dragons meets Live at the Improv... See: http://www.rosencomet.com/starwood2001/LARP/ for rules, joining our on-line community and more details.
